I've tried all the project management tools that everyone loves. Whilst most were great, there was always something missing. I found teamwork and it was a dream come true. Teamwork allows me to manage projects for my business as well as client projects. Their ticketing system allows me and my team to answer customer queries more efficiently and nothing gets missed! If you've found that programs like Asana and Trello simply do not work for you, I highly recommend giving teamwork a try.
